When connecting to headphones amplifiers,

short cables often experience significant bending,

which can cause the joint near the plug (SR) to peel or break.

The BC44Net introduces an innovative dual-shell design.

First, the inner shell is molded together with the cable,

akin to reinforcing concrete with steel bars.

Then, a titanium alloy outer shell is reverse-fitted

and secured by rotating and tightening the threaded mechanism.

The 4.4mm plug structure used in the Nyx earphones cable

features an unique shielding design. In the Nyx Net,

the shielding layer of each signal wire is connected

to the fifth section of the plug,

and an internal injection molding process is employed

to prevent the braided sleeve from loosening over time.

shielded cable as the Nyx Net,

with an innovative flexible design and an eight-strand braid.

The core structure is inspired by the Nyx Pro,

with a 1:8 ratio of conductors:

7 thickened OCC conductors arranged

in a circular formation, surrounded by evenly distributed ultra-fine

OCC conductors. Each conductor is independently

insulated. This clever combination of conductors with varying diameters

ensures precise transmission of signals across different frequency ranges,

with a fiber braided sleeve.
